Based in Wausau, WI, with multiple locations across Central Wisconsin, we're looking for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations, including cleanliness, organization, and customer relations
• Motivate and lead the team to achieve sales targets
• Manage scheduling and administrative tasks
• Ensure proper inventory management
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns promptly
• Recruit, train, and oversee staff members
• Maintain effective communication with the Chief of Operations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with managerial experience preferred
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Knowledge of basic business management processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Positive attitude and self-motivated nature
